Nathan Hoerschelmann and Gabe Dietz, of Seattle based Hoerschelmann Dietz PLLC, are passionate about being constant and approachable resources for artists in search of legal consul. Nathan and Gabe have an extensive history of working with creatives on legal projects ranging from contract assistance and negotiating, to business consulting, image licensing, collection issues and litigation matters. Additionally, Nathan formerly acted as the membership reference attorney for the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP).

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Nathan believes deeply in being an active participant in the greater Seattle community. He coaches youth soccer and basketball, is involved with incredible philanthropy organizations like Safe Crossings and Summer Search, as well as serving on multiple boards including Madrona Elementary PTSA and Woodland Soccer Association. Nathan graduated from Whitman College and Willamette University College of Law.

Gabe graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, a Masters from Stanford University, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling abroad to learn about other cultures and eat soul-stirring food. He takes yoga and jiu jitsu classes, and enjoys the natural wonders of the Pacific Northwest.
